It is like waiting for Christmas morning when you have been sitting on a bridal session for months, and are finally able to share them once the wedding has passed. Catherine and I spent the afternoon walking around downtown Mobile, and I can’t tell you how many people stopped to compliment her. Catherine had the most beautiful and elegant gown with buttons down the back, and delicate lace detailing on the front.
Can we also talk about this bouquet? Yes, this was just the trial run. Just wait until you see the one she carried on her wedding day. One of my favorite details was her grandmother’s broach that she added to the stems. To me, this is such a simple and perfect way to honor a late grandparent or family member.
Downtown Mobile is always one of my favorite locations for sessions because it is so diverse. Catherine really wanted to capture the essence and charm of the city during her session, and I think we did just that. What better way to capture the city than to incorporate some of its highlights like the Historic Fort Conde Inn, the Conde-Charlotte Museum, the RSA Tower, the Battlehouse, and the Mobile History Museum.
